Lewis and Clark Lake Stakeholder Workshop facilitated by Rollin Hotchkiss
The Missouri Sedimentation Action Coalition hosted an estimated 60 people during a Lewis and Clark Stakeholder Workshop to discuss Section 1179a of WRDA 2016 and the future of the reservoir. Rollin Hotchkiss, professor of civil and environmental engineering at Brigham Young University, facilitated the meeting and provided background on reservoir sedimentation, the benefit cost ratio and more. Tim Cowman, of the South Dakota Geological Survey and an MSAC Board of Director, presented information on the progression of the delta in Lewis and Clark Lake.
